Xiaomi is one of the most popular brands not only in China but also in the world now. All the Xiaomi made smartphones in the Redmi and Mi brand are shipped with proprietary MIUI skin. Just back on July 26, 2017, Xiaomi introduced MIUI 9 update.

After the grand MIUI 9 global/China ROM roll-out it’s time for upcoming MIUI 10 update and before that, an intermediatory 9.5 will be rolled-out before MIUI 10 ROM. The update as rumored will be called as MIUI X.

MIUI 10 update will be launched after the launch of MIUI 9.5 in May / June 2018. Since the MIUI 9 global roll-out has already started and has reached more than a dozen devices, the MIUI 9.5 update is around the corner. There is currently no release date set for MIUI 10 ROM. However, it is speculated that a launch will be expected around July or August. Then the OTA will be around November of 2018

MIUI 10 Features:

The main features that are talking about MIUI 10 features can not be included as it is an intermediate update, most Android nogate and Oreo features were included in the skin of MIUI 9 but unfortunately it still runs on older Android versions.

So,according to internal reports, MIUI 10 skin will bring bug fixes and minor improvements over the previous 9.1 version.

Xiaomi announces the MIUI 10 in its annual official meetup. The Chinese OEM's VP Hong Feng declares that the MIUI 10 development has kick-started. We expect MIUI 10 will base on Android 8.0 Oreo. The current iteration MIUI 9.2 is based on Android 7.1.1 Nougat. So we may taste Oreo with MIUI 10. The new ROM will be focusing on bringing the Artificial Intelligence and machine learning to the smartphones. Although there is no timeline fixed by Xiaomi currently, we believe MIU 10 might drop around mid or later in 2018. In this post, we bring you an expected tentative list of MIUI 10 supported devices. As of now, MIUI 9.2 for various Xiaomi devices is available for download.

On January 23, Xiaomi officially announced its MIUI 10 in a media festival in Hong Kong. In the media program, he has stated that his main focus with MIUI 10 will be on learning AI and machine, which will add many awesome features to your phone and will automate a lot of them in their own right.

We can expect something equivalent to the AI and intellectual machine computation of Google standard. Machine learning will provide benefits such as no need of sending a request and waiting for a response over the network. That means we won't experience latency with MIUI 10. The application will run when outside of the network coverage. It will provide significantly faster computation. The privacy and security of device data will be tight. Ths definitely sounds exciting. So, let's look forward to MIUI 10.

As is traditional with most companies, Xiaomi immediately began work on its new MIUI 10 not long after the MIUI 9 was released. The company’s vice president has said that this new update will pass up speed for smarts. Seeing as the MIUI 9 is already impressively fast, this move makes a great deal of sense.

The new MIUI will take the same high speed, because the facility of Smart Voice Assistant will be added to help in the free operation of the device as a previous one. In addition, the battery power will grow again, the new emoji will be available for texting, the new settings menu etc.

Version For Android Users:

Here is the part Android users are waiting for. While MIUI 9 was specific to the Android 7.0/7.1 Nougat, the MIUI 10 will be available to users that have updated their mobile devices to the 8.0 Oreo operating system. This OS comes with multi-window, picture-in-picture mode, smart text, Google Play Protect, and so much more.

Until Xiaomi rolls out the update through OTA, the MIUI 10 will not be available for direct download. Once this happens, consumers will be able to smooth their related equipment and with a more sophisticated operating system. Anyway, Xiaomi will look better technology and make your device-and proxy, by Android device, will be better for every day consumer.
