"This is a commendable imaginary approach to the Upcoming Microsoft's Windows XP 2018 Edition Concept"
It's boasted that Windows XP 2018 edition is an operating system which Microsoft should be making. What brings Windows XP in highlights is an imagination...
Although, it's been 17 years after launching the operating system Windows XP, it still remains very important for many users. Despite ending support for Windows XP by Microsoft in 2014, it is still in use worldwide. Compared to Windows 10, XP now looks incredibly old, outdated and has lack of many modern features.
But what would happen if Microsoft updated it ?
What will Windows XP look like if it has been redesigned according to the 2018 standards and expectations ?
This makes us wonder what Windows XP looks like if it was still in development in 2018?
Well...!! One YouTuber "Kamer Kaan Avdan" is ready to answer that question with the "Windows XP 2018 Edition" concept video displaying his vision of the Windows XP 2018 version. You can see it on the YouTube channel called "Avdan".
This video shows a remastered Windows XP with many fluent and modern looking user interface elements. In this concept, the login screen, the power menu and the taskbar have been redesigned and also have a touch of the modern Windows 10 elements mixed with the classic Windows XP colors.
However, the refined version of windows XP maintains its original color but has many alternations like, it has eliminated old features, animation's and other outdated things.
• The most appealing element of the proposed edition is proved in the Start menu, in which the touch of the original version is yet to be combined with modern tiles.
• Start Menu blends XP's design with Windows 10 with live tiles, and it looks great. Including a timeline is also an induced touch.
• The remastered windows XP boasted that it's coming with the transparent effect animation and its design of the tiles is coming with the curved corners on the edges but allover keeping in mind it keeps the operating system colour as previously on windows XP.
• It also include a redesigned task bar, power menu and the login UI which is little bit inspired by the present windows 10.
Video also includes some clips of XP's original design so that you can compare it to the imaginary version.
Additionally, with some of these important changes, some admirable changes have also been seen in the redesigned mail app, file explorer and many other minor yet admirable changes.
The concept of the Windows XP version of 2018 presents a number of options, along with maintaining the essence and originality of Microsoft's original Windows XP version, making the path for the betterment.
Even though it's nothing but a concept. It's still safe to say that it's a great video. Anyway, watch the video on YouTube and share your thoughts with us in the Comments.
